The narrator needs to work on his breath work. I shouldn’t be able to hear your inhales and exhales. Taking away from the performance.

Two stories in one YA

Ok I just finished the second book of the 3 book series.
This is two vaguely related YA stories told together. Each one separately may be a good story but together they are disjointed.
If you look at this as a YA it’s ok. But not for a more sophisticated reader. I will not be listening to the third.

Futuristic combat and tense space exploration means I’m two thumbs up on this author and the series.

Quick liftoff from “exploratory listen” to invested listener. Parts two and three look a little on the short side but I’m gonna have to find a way to see this story through. Omnibus anyone?

Story was not that interesting. Did not even finish.

Good narration but story was not very interesting to me. I did not finish book.
