Patrick Tranhey narrated a great story on the Hike Your Way to Better Health and Happiness. Mik's view on the journey was a great look at a way of losing weight. It is easy to say to just walk but Mik put a different twist and brought you into his journey into the Grand Canon. I enjoyed listening and make me put this journey on my bucket list of things to do!

If running and cardio are not your thing but you like walking or hiking to lose weight this will get you started. Thoughtfully and personally written. Was an enjoyable listen and am now really motivated to get out there and go on some dream hikes!

I really enjoyed this book, loved the background story of the author, and found it really inspiring. I have started my daily walks, more to become a little healthier than lose weight but it’s really put a spring in my step and I hope to continue and move up to hikes soon.
