Great story!

I really enjoyed the story and how it did flashbacks of when they were first together and then present day. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the narrator of Matthias. I felt there was very little inflection in his voice throughout half of the narration. The other thing that bothered me about the narration was that One narrator had Matthias' voice as deeper and the other had it as higher, and vice versa. I would think someone who was a big football player would have the deeper voice but one narrator actually had him speaking with a more effeminate voice and it was really throwing me off compared to the other narrator. Had they gotten on the same page, this would have been a five across the board for me. I switched my rating from a four to a five because it's more like a four and a half and I would rather not penalize the author for personal narration per peeves because even so, I would definitely listen to this again! *TW - if you aren't ok with cheating, definitely skip this one.

Love Delayed, But No Longer Denied

If Cheating in any capacity triggers you then this title might bother you. I found that cheating triggers me but only it happens when one main character cheats on the other. That didn't happen between Matt and Adrian so *whew*! What also made it bearable is that Adrian and Charlotte were strongly 'encouraged' into the marriage, and that they were never in love. I follow Theo Sinclair so he led me to "His Secret" by Isabel Lucero...and I enjoyed this 2nd chance m/m romance. Theo did not disappoint! and Oscar Reyes was no slouch either. The spice was good and not OTT....I will definitely check out more of Lucero's work.

Holy Moly! I didn't think I'd love a book with a cheating trope. I gave it a try because I love Isabel's writing and this blew me out of the water! Soooo good! Matias and Adrian... Whew these two! They broke my heart and then mended it. Their story is sooo heartbreakingly good. I laughed, raged, cried.. it was a rollercoaster of emotions and I was here for every single one!

The sacrifices Adrian made to make everyone else happy, you just want to hug him and tell him it'll be ok. Breaking Matias's heart which only broke his own... Ugh! Their HEA was sooo satisfying.

Theo Sinclair and Oscar Reyes did an amazing job narrating. They gave so much depth and emotion to the guys. Highly recommend this audiobook!

A Beautiful Love Story!

I love a good story that has a time span and they work their way back to each other. With all the challenges they faced while apart somehow time matured them to face making things work in the present. Very well written by this author and very good story telling by these narrators. Lots of great spice by the way. An enjoyable read
