This book has helped me in my career

Short and to the point! This book was a very easy listen. It has some core principles that were very easy for me to apply in my career and every day life. I am not a professional leader at my work, I am an informal leader and I have a responsibility to my other coworkers to lead bold, strong and well just like my boss. I work in health care and even though this book was written by a retired military leader, it is written in a way that the concepts can be used in any business field. The concept of leaning in, and stepping up, drove it home for me. I liked being in the background and complaining about things instead of being the one to initiate change.
