Long Live the King was previously published as book 19 of the Kaitlyn and the Highlander series.

Now Long Live the King is book one in a new series, Time is a Wheel: The Wolf King Trilogy.

It is still the same audiobook and can be listened to at the end of the Kaitlyn and the Highlander series after Book 18: Time is a Wheel.

But for new readers, this series, Time is a Wheel: The Wolf King Trilogy, can also be read as a stand-alone trilogy whenever you like.

_________________________

It's a time of peace, Magnus has been focused on his present, the loops and time shifts behind him, but that is not all in the past.

There is also a throne that must be held, a historic event that must be protected, and a kingdom that needs him to rule.

From the shores of modern day Amelia Island to Scotland's medieval age, from his family in 17th century Balloch castle to his mother holding his kingdom in Riaghalbane for his son, Magnus must once again draw his sword to battle for those he loves and has promised to protect.

______________________

Time is a Wheel: The Wolf King Trilogy is perfect for fans of Outlander who wish the Hero could come forward in time to modern day and that the events would include medieval Scotland as well.

In this series Magnus and Kaitlyn, and their growing family, can time travel together. They loop through the centuries, risking their lives, and dangerously shifting time. It’s a time travel romance wrapped in Scottish medieval history, a throne in the past, a kingdom in the future, a bit of humor, suspense and adventure, and all wrapped up in dark romantic historical fantasy.

I highly recommend the whole KATH series, and would love to see it brought to life on the big screen! Magnus and crew are the best characters, Knightley’s writing is captivating, filled with exciting plot twists, spicy love scenes and page-turning delight! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous Highlander Time Travel

The new narrator kind of took away from the story. Many words that were central to the story were pronounced differently and I flinched every time. Emma and James now have a weird southern accent. I understand the need for a new narrator, but wish she had done a bit more research to keep the pronunciations the same.

Miss the old narrators.

I like the previous narrator, this one is not as good at the voices, I love the story but it’s difficult to listen to with this narrator.

Love the series

The narration is the same tone so it’s challenging to discern when the men are speaking because their “voices” are not lowered. At first I wondered why Kaitlin spoke in a Scottish accent. Then I realized it was supposed to be Magnus but he sounded feminine with a Scottish brogue.

Found the narration challenging
