I really like this series but…

I really like the first book in series. The characters are well developed, and the story is interesting. I like the angle with the MC getting a second change in a different environment. BUT I wasn’t to happy it ended abruptly on a cliffhanger. IMO if an author plans to do this they should minimize the time between books. They should also market it and let the fans know that the second book will be coming shortly. However, knowing this I would listen again.

Surprised!

I normally don't go for books that are less than 8-10 hrs but I took a chance on this one because its right up my ally. I was shocked at how much I enjoyed it. I find myself looking forward to the next.

Excellent and fun

I've been waiting for this to come out on Audio. I've read all three in the series so far and each one gets better. This is a unique take on the genre with a little spice but the world and the story are the main focus.

Great book, my biggest complaint is it is a bit short and the cliffhanger at the end. None of which will stop me from buying every audiobook from this author.

Attention grabbing

The story is attention, grabbing with a unique and interesting plot and storyline. The MC is somewhat overpowered. DMC also isn’t the typical MCC in this genre, which is refreshing the cliffhanger at the end of the book wasn’t cool. The story is good in an of itself without having to add crazy cliffhanger to get people to purchase a second.
