Best book, in a while I can’t wait for the second it is a awesome lit RPG

Just kidding! over all this has been a great start to an amazing journey for our protagonist and his ragtag friends

excellent narration

Excellent Narration loved the dual narrators. While I had some complaints at the start it quickly got into the meat of the story and every time I started a new chapter I had more to be excited about.

Great story once it settled in

Good story once it settles in. I enjoyed the unique perspective of the author and MC. Some of the writing is a little clunky in details or sudden introduction of elements that fit the story. The background characters are very one dimensional, but the MC and companions have depth and their voices really add to their depth. I really think one of the characters is face painter from Seinfeld, sort of steals the show sometimes.

Way better than expected....

...thought it was gonna normal MC goes from whimp to OP in 3 seconds. it was not ... narrator is perfect for this one.
