lots of fun/action and love the characters

I find it as much fun as primal hunter and or the other real good books of this type
well written and awesome narrators.

Why exquisite?

I really could have done without all the discrimination of the exquisite and lower pathwalkers. I personally think the author should have given Arden stronger path magic because that would have made it much better. Not to mention the fact he is literally the only path walker with less than epic path energy!! I just hate discrimination and if the system really does have his back, why is he still suffering from sub par path energy!?? Please fix it. WTF is with the crap with the dragon princess?! I mean wtf, first discrimination and then it’s just blatant sexism. Then he gets hit with that bs . That dragon princess is clearly insane and it’s so irritating that he basically bows down to her despite the fact she couldn’t kill him without karmic consequences, and he knows that, yet he still ends up in another poor situation. I really wish he would just kick her ass

Disappointing follow up to the first book

The second book falls off a bit of a cliff. Plot stops and it shifts to mostly describing skills and items. Not much actual story.
