Just learning that there is a process to follow to make appointments that’s been proven effective.

I liked learning about a process that’s been proven to yield results. I liked the author’s honesty about his own apprehensions earlier in his career. That gave me encouragement to know I’m not alone in my own similar apprehensions. I just really enjoyed learning there is a proven system that has worked as long as I’m willing to “work”. loved how straight and simple the audiobook was. This book gives purpose and I felt it spoke to me in many levels.

Dislike that it was short but I also liked that it was straight to the point.
