Very disappointing content. The tone is cold and academic. If you have any experience in real sales or marketing roles, a ton of the content will be unhelpful. Personally, I didn’t need or want a history lesson on the origins of SaaS. The author frequently uses terms like “scientific” and “first principles”, which really have no place in a business book. After the first few chapters, the author lost all remaining credibility and quit. I regret purchasing this title and wasting my time listening to it.
