Brutal and Dark - No Heroes Here

Everyone is flawed - some more than others. Even the victims ultimately forfeit their sympathy cards in this series.

BUT - if you’re okay not having a knight in shining armor to root for, you’ll enjoy this. The voice acting is good and writing is clever.

This was a sad sad story. I’m glad it ended happily!

LOVED EVERY SECOND!!!

To say I have been waiting as patiently as I can for this story is the biggest understatement known to man because throughout this incredible series this character has been hiding, waiting, anticipating their move for the spotlight and I have, from day one, been on the edge waiting for him too. The author knows how to create a world where we as readers devour not only the insanely hot mafia men and women, but she puts us in their world and makes it easy to fall for them but also want to be a part of their world. The suspense that keeps us glued in wondering how the h3ll things will go and what will happen next is perfection and let me say these stories will consume your heart and soul to where you live and breath their world and you will be perfectly fine with that. I recently listened to the audio and let me say this is absolute PERFECTION. The narrators are on point and so amazing when it comes to bringing the characters to life that I devoured it and LOVED every second of it.

I loved this book and the whole series! Big fan of the level of spicy scenes and the twists and turns this book has! Highly recommend!

Kind of rough

Great book but the triggers are real. Super dark. I need a light read today.
Great story. Great narration.
