I think this had a lot of information to help me get through this and start working to a better future.

Good book about subject

Helped me understand better what had happened and is happening in my life. Since that's part of the title, it delivered. Also delivered on the Mercury and healing which I desperately need. She narrates at an excellent pace for me. I found this course to be excellent and will read more by Dana Morningstar.

This is a wonderful book with it a great deal of information. learning to put in practice is the most difficult thing.

Sucked in Again for the last time after finding him with another woman. Now hopefully Ican truly move on.

Clarity

This book and her other book “Out of the FOG” has provided me with the clarity and understanding of what I am going through and how I became what felt like a completely devastated, broken and soul crushed person. I have been able to identify the narcissists in my lifetime thus far and realize that I am experiencing trauma bonds and need to set up healthy boundaries in order to begin my healing process. This is the information and validation that I didn’t know I needed!
