very insightful and thought provoking

I really appreciated the information I received listening to this book. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who's looking for a book on relationship help.

I don’t know what I was expecting.

I’ll say the biggest take away was how much our childhood plays into our eroticism or lack there of and how we need to collectively do a better job as educating our children about all things sex.

Fantastic

I learned many many things listening to this book. Highly recommended for those who want to increase their erotic life with their partner usable information makes you look inside yourself make you realize that you’re not strange. but in every day human being with the same desires.

Narrator Sucks

This text is essential. Foundational. A must read for anyone diving into understanding eroticism and sexual behavior/choice. But the narrator clearly has no idea what he’s reading. The book is meant to be an educational tool providing scientific and personal insight into how the erotic mind works. But the narrator sounds like he’s angry or getting off half the time. There’s no softness, compassion or feeling in his voice, so it’s really hard to feel those things for the subjects and their authentic experiences.
I highly recommend the text. But read it. Don’t listen to it.

New level of self awareness

Very interesting information and exercises for anyone to explore. I will definitely reread a few times and hope to discuss these learnings.
