Shallow Characters & Medically Mediocre

The stories were entertaining enough, but I found the characters very generic and poorly developed. They are too optimistic with surface level emotions. The most glaring issue I have is that the author has a very poor grasp of what it’s really like to work in healthcare. Still trying to figure out why a nursing graduate who is financially struggling would pursue an unnecessary nursing residency (that is not at all actually structured how it would be in real life)
