Solid addition

This second installment is a solid addition to the series. The plot and storyline are entertaining and interesting. The MC is a likable character and the relationship development are well done. I look forward to the next book.

Different magic system, looking forward to the next in the series. The story could go a few different directions from here.

like it

I like the story but find some lacking more excitement with it still like it but feels somewhat lacking in the story but as long as it fills out in follow up books probably like it better

Decent

Book one was great story went along very good. Book 2 felt like it was written by a creepy gym bro. It was a little preachy but main problem was the fact that he can improve other people’s magic abilities greatly but doesn’t. 200,000 strong beasts are coming their way . With excellent narration it still gets a recommendation
