After the death of my uncle, I inherited his bookstore. It's in Marywill, a quaint little town that neighbors a women's college. The all-female students are my primary clientele, and they hold a secret.

They're witches. Every last one of them.

Turns out they want magical books for their lessons in the arcane.

It's a good thing I'm a Bibliomancer, capable of reading people like books and finding exactly the tome they're seeking.

This power of mine makes me the perfect bookseller for my witchy customers, but it also makes them want me for more than just my wares. With one pretty student already on my case, it won't be long before I have more on my plate than I can handle.

terrible in every way

the performance was mediocre, the language is choppy, the writing is shoddy, and there is no continuity to the style. the entire thing feels like it was written by an AI. to give an example of poor writing, the main character planned a date for Friday, but then it was ignored and forgotten less than a chapter later. that date was never referenced again, and instead they began another chapter by going on their first date on Saturday, again, with no reference to the original date. it's just a lot of small things like that and they add up to terrible quality
