The series gets better and better with each book.

I'm a huge fan of Klavans work. that makes me bias, maybe... that said I love this series of the message and the story is entertaining. I can imagine being Charlie's age and imagining this type of situation. well not this situation, because I'm not a talented writer like Andrew. I am merely a talented audiobook consumer. lol.

Just a cautionary note for listeners wanting to start this series, "The Truth of the Matter" is actually the third book in the "Homelanders" series, not the second as it's listed as.

Book #2 is titled "The Long Way Home" but it isn't available on Audible yet.

Book #1 is titled "The Last Thing I Remember" and IS on Audible.

Great series

I’ve really enjoyed each of Klavan’s books in this series as well as his “When Christmas Comes” series. Other than one thing he continues to misname, and it’s only a few ppl that would notice or care, I thoroughly enjoy his writing.

keeps your interest

good book. a little long but great for that long car ride. A Christian thread throughout and no offensive language.
