STEP 1: Anger an entire coven of witches by unleashing dangerous, untamable magic.

STEP 2: Scramble to recapture it before a certain murderous family gets there first.

Katie’s return to Vancouver was supposed to involve reuniting with her witch girlfriend Natalie and settling back into university life. Instead, she’s ambushed by Natalie’s furious coven, who hold her accountable for releasing feral magic and exposing their secrets.

If Katie wants any hope of being accepted by Natalie’s coven, she must somehow recapture all the shapeshifting magic she unleashed. Worse, the notorious Madsen family is hunting the same power, and if they claim it, Katie could lose everything—including Natalie.

With her and Natalie’s future at stake, Katie must learn more about her mysterious ability to sense magic and embrace her true nature, all while trying to prove herself to a coven that sees her as an outsider.

In this thrilling sequel to How to Flirt with a Witch, Katie and Natalie must confront dark magic, deadly enemies, and the centuries-old laws that stand in the way of their love.

Over all it was a cute book with some spice. I liked the storyline between the MCs and narration. I didn’t like the relationship between the BF and the villain. They left that storyline open at the end which was kind of annoying. It was a very toxic relationship that I fear the author will expand into their own story in a book 3.

It was ok.
