LOVE this story and narration!!

This was a fantastic start to a fantasy series! I enjoyed the story and world building but the side characters are truly top tier! The narrators did a wonderful job bringing the characters to life and I can’t wait to dive into book 2!

Fire.

I love how the characters are so dimensional. The spider scene. Agh. It got me. The pain of losing a person so close to you. Got me right in the feels. And excited for the next book.

This ia an amazing audio book. Great narrations by both Stella Hunter & John Hartley. Story had me sucked in right away and the performance made it that much better. The chemistry between the 2 main characters is phenomenal. I can not wait to dive into book 2. Highly recommend

A one of a kind world

I love how creative this story is. I first read it a couple of years ago on KU. I loved this story so much, that I knew I needed the Audible, and it did not disappoint. The narrators were Fantastic!

Absolutely devoured Sun Serpent! I listened to the audiobook, and the narration was just 🤌🏼😮‍💨

The magic and worldbuilding immediately pull you in, and I’m especially excited to learn more about the magic system and the history of the dragons as the series unfolds.

Cal and Elyria have insane chemistry—and the banter? Top tier 🙌🏼 I kind of love how obsessed Cal is with El (honestly, rightfully so—she’s a total badass). She’s the strong-willed FMC you can’t help but root for. The tension between them keeps you on edge, and I’m so curious to see how El reacts when Cal finally reveals who he really is.

The found family and side characters were another highlight for me. This book absolutely delivers on that front. Xoc is bae—if he doesn’t get a happily ever after, I will riot. And Rei is exactly the kind of friend you want in your corner.

Sun Serpent is the perfect introduction to the series, and I’m more than ready to dive into book two to see where Geneva takes us next!
