The characters

The characters were really believable but it feels like somehow not enough happened and a lot happened a the same time idk.

As always, Kemmerer doesn’t disappoint

Not only is the narration perfection, but the storyline and pacing is notable. This is the 4th book of Ms. Kemmerer that I’ve read and I’m purchasing my 5th (the sequel to this) immediately! Soooo good! I can’t wait to see how she continues the story of these amazingly complex and compelling characters.

Loved the characters

I loved the first series that introduced these characters (curse breaker) so I’m glad to get more of them, but from a different pov. With more Tyco and more storyline from the villages that seemed to be briefly skipped over in the first series. I fell in love with the character development and the strong characters and then this set of characters were just as amazing. I’m so happy to get more from it.

LOVED IT

This is the first book I have read by Brigid Kemmerer. I was so pleasantly surprised on top of the characters being awesome the 3 narraters were amazing which here lately has been far in between. This is a must listen/read!

Lovely voice and kept me totally captivated. Looking forward to hearing her on the sequel book.
