A useful resource to help heal from trauma. It offers solid advice and tips for dealing with emotional abuse and toxic relationships, helping you to become stronger and more resilient. I did find some sections repetitive at times, so I think it could have been edited some more for a better listening experience.

I used this when i couldn’t stop spiraling back to someone who literally wrecked my brain for years and it actually laid stuff out in a way that made sense. The author doesn’t sugarcoat how hard it is to break a trauma bond but she walks you through it with solid steps real stuff not vague just love yourself crap. The parts about financial independence and rewriting your own story actually hit because no one tells you how much money and identity are tied into this mess. The exercises weren’t corny either i journaled through a few of them and finally started connecting the dots on why i kept going back.
