I have listened to numerous sound therapies to help with stress for years and this is the first one that really works for me. I don't sleep well. I have trouble falling and staying asleep, but my sleep has been pretty consistent for the since I started listening to this about a week and a half ago. I hope this continues, because I have noticed I feel more relaxed and rested.
