i love this this story i couldn't get this audio book fast enough! and after listening to the voice actors in the first book i was so excited they were doing book 2 as well. it gives fantasy bridgerton vibes 10/10

ohhhh my goodness!!! this was VERY SPICY!!! A great adventure and interesting story. VERY well performed and written!!! I loved it!!!

Palmini must be part dragon irl-

I’m not even half through this duet narrated masterpiece and I’m not only invested - but I’m obsessed. When a tiny rurik appears to meet geryon in the palace I did a legit happy dance. I love that we readers have secrets that neither geryon nor valerie know. The dance is intoxicating.
I’m here for all of it.
The contrast between witch slayer fmc and shadow hunter fmc is profound!

There’s so much more to rave and rant about… but I’m going back to listening:) I’ll update on my reread.

Another gem from Opal

I think Valori is one of my fav FMCs ever- black cat older sister with a secret heart of gold. I loved that this took place in a castle and we as readers were emerged in court life. We also met a dragon that is more brains than power and I found him fascinating. All in all - I might like this one better than witchslayer? Hope this series continues on because I’m in loveeee
